About Eighty Group

The name reflects the Pareto Principle: 80% of results come from 20% of efforts.

Most organizations know what they need to do strategically. What they lack is the operational infrastructure to execute it. We exist to close that gap.

We help global enterprises, public sector agencies, and mid-market firms identify and act on the vital few—the critical processes, decisions, and capabilities that create disproportionate value.

Over eight years, we've supported transformations across medical devices, financial services, government, and technology. We focus on three areas where execution most often stalls: translating strategy into executable roadmaps, aligning organizational structures to enable delivery, and eliminating operational waste that slows momentum.

Our approach is hands-on. We don't stop at recommendations—we stay engaged through implementation, building sustainable capabilities until teams can run independently.

We believe transformation succeeds only when carried through to disciplined execution. We partner with organizations ready to move from presentations to measurable results.

Based in Boston, MA. Serving clients across the U.S. and Canada.

Adam Taufiq
Principal & Founder

With eight years spanning management consulting, corporate strategy, and public sector transformation, I bring both strategic rigor and hands-on execution expertise to complex organizational challenges.

My approach is built on partnership, not distance. I work alongside clients as an extension of their team—embedded in the day-to-day, invested in the outcomes, and committed to building internal capability that outlasts the engagement. The goal isn't dependency; it's to transfer knowledge and build momentum so teams can sustain progress independently.

I focus on anticipating what's next, not just solving what's immediate. By understanding the broader context—market pressures, regulatory shifts, competitive dynamics—I help clients address today's execution gaps while positioning for tomorrow's challenges.

This perspective comes from a career that's touched every layer: from business analysis through commercial strategy at a global manufacturer, management consulting for government and enterprise clients, and strategy operations leadership across matrixed organizations. I've worked across medical devices, government, financial services, and technology—experiences that taught me how strategy translates (or fails to translate) into operational reality.

I founded Eighty Group to partner with leaders who want collaboration over presentations, execution over recommendations, and sustainable impact over quick fixes.
